Common questions
Is it free? Yes. The whole game is free to play. Gems and the three one-time purchases (Starter Band Pack, Auto Upgrade + Merge, Forever ×3) only save time.
Restore a purchase Shop → Restore in the game restores Auto Upgrade + Merge and Forever ×3. The Starter Band Pack is restored as purchased, so it is never sold to you twice; its 600 Gems were credited when you bought it and are not credited again. Gems are spent when used and cannot be restored.
Auto Merge and themes Auto Upgrade + Merge also merges matching gear and pets for you; switch it on or off on the Gear and Pets pages (Kept pets are never merged). Shop → Themes changes the colours of the whole game; themes are bought with Gems, and the one you use adds firepower.
First purchase doubles The first purchase of each Gem pack credits double; later purchases of the same pack credit the normal amount.
Moving to a new phone Progress is saved on your device. In version 1.1, iCloud can also sync progress when available on the same Apple Account. Before moving phones, check that the old device has synced. If the new device offers an iCloud save, check its progress before loading it. You can also use an iPhone backup or Quick Start transfer.
